TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT

An Entrance Deposit of $1,500.00 will reserve your two-bedroom apartment at Villa Rose. The entrance deposit less $250.00 is refundable according to the provisions of the lease.

The interest that accumulates on your Entrance Deposit will be paid to you on an annual basis.

The square footage of the two-bedroom apartment is 768 sq. ft.
