Your bedroom and living room are combined as one spacious room. You will have a bathroom and a small kitchenette accessible to you as well in your room.

1-Bedroom Apartment
Our most popular option available here at Villa Rose is the 1-bedroom apartment at 576 sq. feet. You will find yourself plenty of room to furnish a living room and a bedroom and still have enough space for peace of mind.

1-Bedroom Enhanced Apartment
The Enhanced Bedroom is the same as the 1-Bedroom at 576 sq. feet. What makes this room unique is the bathroom features. You will find that our enhanced bathrooms are developed with proper safety measures for resident’s who experience difficulty with mobility.

2-Bedroom Apartment
The 2 bedrooms are about 768 sq. feet. This is beneficial for a couple looking to downsize from a much larger home. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are aligned with a separate living space for 2 individuals.

2-Bedroom Enhanced Apartment
Mobility can be extremely hard for some residents in their golden years. At Villa Rose, we allow residents to adapt to easier environments. Our 768 sq. foot 2-bedrooms have upgraded and enhanced bathrooms.
